Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning your order. Return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
All MatataStudio products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. Depending on the issue, we may provide repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or another appropriate solution. Proof of the issue may be required.
Just unboxed this today and haven't had a chance to actually play with it yet. Shipping was pretty quick, and I'm really happy with the packaging and the quality of everything inside. It all feels well made. Looking forward to spending some time figuring it out with my daughter! Not sure if she'll lose interest after a few days, but I'll definitely try to keep her engaged and make it something we can do together. So far, so good!

Got this for my 6-year-old son a couple weeks ago. Took him a little while to figure out how everything worked, but now he's constantly making up new routes for the robot. He gets pretty excited when it finally does what he wants lol. We've been playing with it together after dinner. Definitely better than another hour of screen time.
