1. Shipping Destinations & Fees

We strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services. Please refer to the table below for shipping availability and costs:

European Union Available Remote regions may be excluded from free shipping.
Australia Not Available Please contact your local distributor for purchases.

🚫 Non-Shipping List: We currently do not ship to: Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Hong Kong, Macau, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Israel, Oman, South Africa, and Morocco.


2. Shipping Time & Process

Your order goes through two main stages before reaching your door:

  • Processing Time (24 - 48 Hours): Order verification, quality check, and warehouse preparation.

  • Transit Time (3 - 5 Business Days): The time it takes to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

Total Estimated Delivery: 4 - 7 Business Days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on production cycles, inventory levels, and carrier conditions.


3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure the fastest delivery, we fulfill orders from local warehouses using a variety of reliable carriers. While we cannot guarantee a specific carrier, we typically use:

  • USA: UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics US, 4PX, FedEx.

  • International: DHL, Royal Mail, and other local premium couriers.


4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

📦 Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

📍 How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

✏️ Can I change my shipping address?

  • Before Shipping: Please email website@matatalab.com immediately with your order number.

  • After Shipping: We cannot change the address once the package is in transit. You will need to contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your contact name (Shipping Name), mobile number, and address. MatataStudio is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

  • Trade Terms: Our trade term is FOB China. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the goods are loaded onto the shipping vessel/carrier.

  • Bulk & Non-Retail Orders: The shipping rates on our store are for retail customers only. For bulk purchases or wholesale inquiries, please contact us in advance for a customized shipping quote.
