Return & Refund Policy

We offer you 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you found our products are defective, you can request a return by following the below instructions:

Refund policy

  • Customers can return products for a refund within 60 days after you have received the parcels. Please note that the RMA number should be included in the returned package and the shipping cost is non-refundable. In addition, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return if the reason of return is caused by human error.
  • Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned items,if you are approved ,then your refund will be processed, ad a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original methods or payment with a certain days.
  • If you don't receive your order, we will resend it or you can request a full refund.

Return policy for exchange or replacement

  • Our products can be exchanged or replaced within 45 days after you have received the parcels. For replacement parts, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. If you would like to exchange a product, please make sure that the product is unused and within the warranty time. You can provide us the order number and the product code you want to exchange. Please remember that a RMA number is always needed for returning any product.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items-Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from MatataStudio
  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
  • Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage
  • Any products that have exceeded the warranty or return expiry date
  • The reason of returning is caused by customer error
  • The returned product is not in its original condition

Late or missing refunds

  • If you havent received a refund yet,please check your bank account firstly.
  • Then contact your credit card company,it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank,there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • The refund payment will be returned back via the original channel,if paied by paypal,it will refund via paypal,and if paied by Creditcard,it will refund via creditcard.(Normally,buyer will get the refund in few minute via paypal,and in 7 working days via creditcard,depends on the processing time of your creditcard bank)
  • Refund will be done in 7 days.
  • If all done,then you still have not received your refund yet,please contact us support@matatalab.com

All the cost caused by the returning fee shall be paid by the buyer.

Canceling order

  • Canceling order before dispatch is free of charge. If the package had been sent out, the order can’t be canceled. It would be better if you can inform us to cancel order as soon as possible. For further information, please feel free to contact us at support@matatalab.com

Important Notes:

  • 1. All Customers should contact us by Email support@matatalab.com for a RMA before returning any items  
  • 2. MatataStudio staff will email in 2 or 3 business days when returned packages are received.Priority will be given to all returned items with RMA numbers and exact descriptions of product problems and they will be processed in 2-4 weeks.

Notes:When you are ready to accept the package,Please pay attention to the following things:

  • Check the package if it is complete without any damages.
  • Open the box and ensure that all the items ordered are there, in case something is missing.
  • If the package is broken or something is missing, ask the Post service to provide proofs and ask them to write down what happened on the way. If the package arrived in empty  ,please refuse it and ask them to get it back to us .
  • From the date of shipment Package not received with 2 months pleases contact us , FolkDeal will not handing the order which over 2 months
  • Device not in warranty if it was disassembled /upgrade unknown firmware by customers themselves
  • FolkDeal is not responsible for the package which return back or destroy by local custom due to The recipient refuse to pay custom duty.
  • If the product comes with  any wear and tear ,It can repair only ,refund are not allowed.
